Which areas have the most active short let supply in Lagos?

Lekki (Lagos) leads volume with 1,314 active shortlet units averaging ₦165,080 per night.

Why do short let prices surge in December in Nigeria?

The annual "Detty December" holiday season brings strong inbound travel from the Nigerian diaspora and holiday visitors, pushing occupancy and nightly asking rates upward across Lagos and Abuja between late November and early January.

Are caution fees and utility bills included in the daily shortlet rate?

Nightly rates generally include 24/7 power, inverter/generator backup, internet, security, and housekeeping. Most hosts also request a refundable caution deposit (typically ₦20,000 to ₦100,000) returned after checkout inspection.
